Ritchie’s mission is to help coaches and kids by offering a variety of services to help them acheive their personal goals. These services are designed to give them the edge they need to excel on the baseball diamond. Ritchie gives coaches and kids the keys to success with the following services.

 

Pitching

Ritchie shares his progressive throwing, pitching from the stretch and windup, pickoff moves, and the different types of pitches. The key to pitching is starting evey pitch in the strike zone with a repetitive motion that first eliminates injury and second gives the student a chance to throw strikes and with more velocity.

Hitting

Ritchie talkes about the KISS principle of hitting. Keep It Simple Stupid. There so many techniques out there that promise ridiculous things including going to the moon. Head, Elbow, Back knee.....Stance, Stride, Trigger.... There you have it!

Coaching Management

Ritchie offers coaches the chance to learn while there kids are learning so that the information is used not only while working with him but also throughout the year. He offers 24/7 acces to him so that the student never gets the wrong information. Ritchie also offers coaching clinics to organizations that will surely define the next generation of baseball players.

Complete Baseball Workout

Ritchie offers this program for four months during the winter to help get baseball players in shape and most importantly to gain strength. This program is uniquely designed for baseball and softball players. This program covers running speed development, core strengthening, and arm speed development. These are the three areas that a baseball or softball player needs to be successful. The only thing Ritchie asks is that you come prepared to work.

Catching Program with Jack Leopard

Jack will be working with kids on signs, set-up, blocking, and throwing to bases. This program will get your catchers fundamental and game ready. Jack asks that you come prepared to become the best of the best of catcher in the Dayton area. You will be put to the test physically and emotionally in this program.
